May because of I'm in this area more than 10 years, I have some new feelings when my customers come across a problem.  A Spain customer purchase a used JUKI 750L machine from another customer of mine, and they recommend he purchase feeders and some other parts from me. My Spain friend is a new hand, he even don't know how to operate the machine but bought it resolutly, so I suggest we take a video and show him how to operate. Then he told me that he wants some feeders, such as NF feeders, CF8*4mm feeders, FF12mm feeders, and the tray feeder. The NF/CF/FF feeder we have thousands of QTY in stock, but what is tray feeder, I don't know this part name before, may it's IC tray and stick feeder? I got this idea and sent pictures to him, he told me yes.  And he came another problem after received the machine, he found that it lost a leg during shipping, they can't get same one in the local, so ask me. I consulted with our engineers and found that because their machine is Europe version,  bottom of the leg is different. Which is not a good news to my friend. Without this leg the machine shock badly, he is afraid that they can't use the machine. This problem is really serious, it's a regret that they can't use the machine only because lost a leg, so I asked our Mr.Lei again, who had rich experience in our industry. Then I sent message below to him. "I got suggestion from rich experience engineer, he told me that the iron cup in the bottom could be removed, and the other parts of the leg are the same, compatible worldwide.  The iron cup don't have other use, which be used for shockproof, to prevent damage the thin floor. So if you can't get a leg from the seller, could purchase the 750 leg with us, and if your floor is thin, pls use four same rubber blocks in the bottom, which will solve the problem perfect. In my opinion, please check if the iron cup in the bottom could be removed first." Yes, I add my suggestion too, it's a very happy thing could help our customer solve the problem. And I found that which give me more satisfaction than only sell a part.
