How to register a Juki customized nozzle on your KE1070L KE2010~2080 KE3020 pick & place machine? Now many customers need make customized nozzles for some special components which can't be pick up by regular JUKI nozzles 500~509, then they may come across one problem, they don't have ini file to register the customized nozzle on the machine system, and hope we could help them. Our engineer Mr.Huang gave a very good idea. one Argentina Customer ever told me that the have a component MPX6400, their JUKI KE1070L regular nozzles can't pick up it, whether we could make customized nozzle for him. Of course, we confirmed other regular nozzles his machine use,which is JUKI 506 nozzle, this information could help to confirm the base of customized nozzle.Then ZK Electronic Technology's factory according to size of MPX6400, made a suitable nozzle and sent to customer. He received it recently, checked and confirmed which is very good to his component. But there was another new problem,  they don't know how to register this customized nozzle, usualy the rugular nozzle have an ini. file, may we have an ini. file for the customized nozzle? So I communicated with our engineer Mr.Huang, he don't know .ini file, but told me that usually there is "nozzle register" station in the KE1070L machine system, could modify information of other regular nozzle model the customer don't use now. Detail steps as below: 1. Magnify 10000 times of the X,Y data of the custom nozzle you tested and got. 2. Modify a seldom nozzle's X,Y data to the custom nozzle's data, then your machine will default the custom nozzle is that nozzle, and you could use it. For example, the X,Y data of custom nozzle you measured is 2.32 and 3.56, could choose 509 nozzle, change X to 23200, Y to 35600, then your machine delault the custom nozzle is 509 nozzle and use it. I sent this message to customer, and he only replied one word, "Idol !
