1.**Quad Flat Packages (QFP/LQFP/TQFP/MQFP/PQFP)** • Typical sizes: 5 – 40 mm, thickness 1 – 3.8 mm • Tray has grid-patterned pockets matching IC dimensions for reliable vacuum 2.**QFN / LGA (Flat No-Lead) Packages** • Smaller footprints (e.g., 3×3 mm, up to 13×13 mm), thickness <1 mm • Shallow tray pockets (≈1 mm) suitable for secure placement and pick-up 3.**BGA / Fine-pitch BGA (FBGA, μBGA, etc.)** • Chip sizes from ~5 to over 50 mm • Specialized matrix trays accommodate larger, heavy packages securely 4.**Small SMD ICs (SOIC, SSOP, TSSOP, MSOP)** • Narrow‑body packages (0.65–1.27 mm pitch, thickness 0.9–2.8 mm) • Tray cells are fine-pitched to support precise vacuum placement
