从人体工学的角度出发,我们建议您将机器放置在不超过55公分的台面上使用,以使用者坐着就可以轻松的,同时看到显示器的图象及方便校正FEEDER为最佳.

(From artificial intelligence point of view, we suggest you to place machine on not more than 65 cm table-board, sit by user and can be relaxed of use, seeing convenience of display correct FEEDER in the meantime for the best.)

3.1 应用

  本产品采用CCD 和高倍放大镜,通过MONITOR观察进料情形,顶针上下运动情况,LEVER磨损情况,减少料架不良所引起的抛料问题,对提高贴装良率有很好的帮助.

(This product adopts CCD with high times magnifier, through a MONITOR observation into components situation, Lever needle up and down work conditions, the LEVER fray, decrease FEEDER false and the cause of throwing problem, to the exaltation the good chip-placement ratio more help.)

3.3 规格

四．安装和使用

（Installation and Use）

1.     开机:将校正仪的信号线接入显示器的VIDEO接口,确认电源,将显示器和校正仪的电源接入.

(Switch on: use the Jig. correct signal wire connects into the display VIDEO plug, confirming power supply, correct connects into the power supply and monitor.)

2.     按下电源开关, 校正仪的压杆如不在原点位置,将会自动回到原点位置.此时显示器上将有十字光标显示,机器完成自检.

(Press power switch, the Jig. Press-pole has not original position, will return to original position automatically. The display will show cross cursor, The Jig. Completed self-check.)

3.     操作面板的使用(从左到右):

(The usage of Operate front-panel (from left to right):)

a. LOCK:按LOCK键,定位十字线,旋转X1、Y1按钮,十字线的位置也不会变动,再按一次LOCK键,旋转X1、Y1按钮,十字线的位置可变动,设备关掉电源后,锁住十字线功能失效.

(LOCK:Press the LOCK key, positioning cross line, rotating X1, Y1 button, crossline position will not change, press LOCK again to rotate, X1, Y1 button, cross line position can change, equipment power off, lock the cross line failure.)

b.X1:顺时针旋转X1按钮,X方向十字线朝上移动,逆时针旋转X1按钮,X方向十字线朝下移动.

(X1:Clockwise rotation of the X1 button, X direction cross line upward mobile, counterclockwise rotation of the X1 button, X direction cross line downward movement.)

c.Y1: 顺时针旋转Y1按钮,Y方向十字线朝右移动,逆时针旋转Y1按钮,Y方向十字线朝下移动.

(Y1:Clockwise rotation of the Y1 button, Y direction cross line toward the right move, rotate counterclockwise Y1 button, Y direction cross line downward movement.)

d. LUM:十字线黑白颜色转换.

(LUM: cross line of black and whitecolor conversion.)

e. POWER:设备电源指示,按至”I”位置,电源接通,按至”O”位置,电源关闭.
(POWER: the device power indicator, according to"I" position, the power supply is switched on, according to" O" position, power off.)

f. LED:POWER键按至”I”位置,灯亮表示设备正常.

(LED:POWER keys according to" I" position, light shows normal equipment.)

g.MANUAL:按一次MANUAL键,FD前进一格.

(MANUAL: press the MANUAL key once, FDmove one square.)

h.AUTO: 按一次AUTO键,FD自动前进.

(AUTO: press the AUTO key once, FDautomatic advance)

i.                   SPEED:旋转SPEED按钮,气缸运作,速度随之改变.

(SPEED:rotation of the SPEED button, operation of the cylinder, speed change.)

五．FEEDER 调校

（Feeder Calibration）

1.    将校正尺装到一支生产中贴装率最好的FEEDER上,将FEEDER装到放置平台.

(1. Install the Calibration Ruler to the best chip-placement ratio of FEEDER, place FEEDER to position table.)

2.    调整焦距H轴使显示器照到FEEDER的吸料位置中心,于显示器中十字光标的交叉点上清晰可见再锁紧,再调整X,Y轴使FEEDER的吸料位置小孔中心于显示器中十字光标中心交叉锁紧.
