If the error is Emergency level (EMER) or Freeze level (FREEZE), click the "STOP" button to turn off the buzzer and then click "RESET". button to convert the device to the "IDLE" state and then take the appropriate action.  If it is MPU_STOP, turn off the device normally and restart it. If you adjust the sensor or perform debugging while the device is in the Ready state, you may be harmed. Be sure to perform sensor adjustment and take error measures in the Stop state after releasing Ready.
