ACTIVE CARBON FILTER CARGTRIDGE
active carbon filter cartridge is made of active carbon particles,which are sintered together with cohesive solvent.The inner layer of the filter cartridge is polypropylene frame that can improve the filter cartridge'sPressure-resistant strength.Both the frame and the outer layer of the action carbon filter cartridge are wrapped by two layers of super fine polypropylene fiber felt,so that the filler cartridge has dual functions of filtration and purification.The filter cartridge has a white plasticnet cover so as to have a clean and tidy appearance.Both ends of the filter cartridge are fitted with soft butadiene nitrile rubber covers,in order to ensure a good sealing performance after the filter cartridge is fitted into the filter cylinder.The finished active carbon filter cartridge is packed closely with plastic film to parevent them against pollution and keep them clean. action filter cartridge is strongly absorbent,thus effectively getting rid of the residual chlorine,peculiar smell.color,organic objects,etc.

Neither filter agent nor carbon treatment is needed while the filter cartridge is in operation. Because the action carbon filter cartridges do not separate out fibers and other materials,while its used for the purification of galvanizing liquid,its cannot make the cladding appear pinholes or fragility.
